Our mission is simple: improve the lives and practices of healthcare providers with better medical waste solutions
OUR STORY
OnSite Waste Technologies is a California-based company founded in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs, engineers, and medical waste executives with a common belief that healthcare providers deserve better solutions. We like to think that when our healthcare heroes thrive, we all thrive.
This seemingly simple mission illuminated one of the greatest challenges healthcare providers face today: their medical waste. Not to mention, the same major corporations have been offering the same outdated solutions for decades and cornering practices into manipulative contracts, inflexible service agreements, and unfair pricing models.

Which is why we have dedicated ourselves to designing medical waste solutions on the mantra of innovation, simplicity, and transparency. From our revolutionary TE-5000, mail-back programs, transactional pickups, and the first-of-its-kind WasteTechIQ, everything is designed with healthcare providers in mind.
Today, OnSite serves clients in every state across 40 different industries.

Roger joins OnSite after nearly four years as a Co-Founder of Varo Money, a fintech startup. He is also an active Cove Fund investor, board member and advisor to several successful startups.

Chief Revenue Officer
Chris joins OnSite as an established sales leader with a passion for driving profitable growth. Chris has held senior sales roles at Stericycle, Shred-it, Cintas, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
